Crusader Coaching LLC – Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal data from users through the following methods:

  • “Apply Now” form (Name, Email, Phone Number)

  • Client Intake Forms (Health history, fitness background, dietary habits, allergies, goals)

  • Automatically through cookies and similar tracking technologies for functionality, analytics, and fraud prevention. You can adjust browser settings to refuse cookies, but some site features may not function properly.

2. Use of Your Information

Your information is used for the following purposes:

  • To evaluate your application and determine coaching suitability

  • To develop personalized fitness and nutrition programs

  • To communicate with you about services, scheduling, and updates

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Data is only shared with necessary service providers (e.g., Stripe for payment processing) and stored securely on platforms we use (e.g., Google Workspace, Kahunas), in accordance with their respective security protocols and privacy policies.

We may also disclose personal information if required to do so by law, legal process, or in response to valid governmental requests, or to protect our rights, safety, or the rights and safety of others.

4. Data Hosting and International Transfers

Our website is hosted on Squarespace, a U.S.-based platform. While we operate from the United States, we serve clients internationally. By using our services, you consent to the transfer and storage of your data on U.S.-based servers and third-party platforms we use.

5. Security

We implement standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure cloud storage. Access to client data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

6. Data Retention

Client information is retained for the duration of your coaching relationship and for a period of up to two (2) yearsthereafter, unless otherwise required by law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access or request a copy of your personal data

  • Correct inaccuracies in your data

  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal or business obligations)

  • Withdraw consent at any time

8. Third-Party Services

Our site and mobile coaching app utilize third-party tools and processors:

  • Stripe – for payment processing

  • Google Workspace – for form and document management

  • Squarespace – for website hosting

  • Kahunas – for mobile app infrastructure, client management, and automations

While clients access our mobile app under the Crusader Coaching brand, it is built, hosted, and operated by Kahunas. By using the app, you consent to Kahunas collecting and storing your data in accordance with their privacy practices.

9. International Data Transfers

If you are located outside the United States, please note that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from your country of residence.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
